I didn't know big salad haven Yaffa was particularly a goth hangout, but thanks to a food order internet search found it described as such on NYCgoth.com.

And these motherfuckers know how to write-up a venue!

"The backyard is beautiful and elegant; here the kitsch doth not stray. By daylight, the trees give a wonderful dappled shade and diffuse the wind into a pleasant breeze. By night, tiny white christmas tree lights are lit on all the trees, giving it the attractive illusion of a starscape scattered among the clientele."

In homage to this style of writing, I've started at work writing my own description of Yaffa and once I've hit 50 pages, please look out for a velvet, handbound book tentatively entitled: Yaffa.
